Even so, the staff kindly informed me the order was wrong and gently asked me for extra people's futon charge without displeasure. They even provided rice and furikake for the kids for free in breakfast the next morning. I felt so touched in Matsudaya hotel.

The food was fresh seafood that was one of the highlights of our trip. Being non Japanese the staff treated us eel helping to explain everything through Google translate.
