The most tranquil, sublime mountain setting imaginable. You can watch pairs of geese from your window glide across your private lake. Our kids loved kayaking on the lake, the hot tub, log fires, the steam shower, walking to the river, tobogganing at Mt Hutt, the local hot springs… we did too. What’s not to love.

The location is great which is very close to the hot springs. The room is very comfortable, and warm and is also pretty quiet although it is beside the main road of Hanmer springs. The owner of the hotel is very nice.

What are lovely old hotel. It has been renovated and updated. Excellent restaurant and staff. Comfortable bed and beautiful linen. The hotel is ideally placed in town and for the hot springs We would certainly stay there again.

There are some parking spaces available, and the hot springs are within walking distance. The kitchen and restaurant space is sufficient, though it might be because there aren't many people using it. The hallways are all very clean and tidy.

everything! had one of the best sleep of my life here, particularly after a good hike and the Tekapo hot springs. Great quiet location, very clean and modern, warm and comfy beds.

Large suite with separate area for business people to work. A balcony from main bedroom and lounge looked out to garden views and mountains. A short walk to the hot spring pools and the village shops, cafes and restaurants. Very clean and had everything we needed, especially a washing machine and dryer in the kitchen in a cabinet that was super handy.

Had the 2 bedroom apartment very clean had washing machine/dryer and dishwasher and beds were so comfy. The pool was closed, but Location perfect 5 minute walk to the Hot Springs pools shops, Restaurants etc. Also my room was on the first floor and there was an elevator. Had the continental Breakfast, excellent value for money
