Loved every moment of the stay! We had great fun at the entertainment room, breakfast buffet and private onsen. Staff were excellently generous, kind and genuine, making them hospitable and friendly. Would not hesitate coming back again.

Hot spring pool is amazing.

I prefer taking the hot spring bath inside the room and the room was very spacious. Not only did I enjoy the bath inside, I could also enjoy the steaming room facility. The room also accommodates a central heating service. Very good!

The hotel room was very clean, spacious and relaxing, we had everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom was really big too, and with an onsen bath! We loved the ryokan design of the room (we booked the Deluxe Family Room). Shame we only had one night, so we didn't get to enjoy these amenities. The free breakfast spread was a pretty good, with a combination of local and western. The hotel provided pedal bikes to ride around the lake.
