room is clean and comfortable. aircon works well. hotel also has a shuttle service that can pick up/send guest to the nearest train station. went there for the hot spring in room and it was great. bed is king size (i think) so it was great for us since we have habit of sleeping separately.

We booked this hotel as we wanted to experience the Beitou hotsprings together. The bathing facilities were fantastic, our room had a huge Japanese-style stone bath with both hot spring and regular taps, and a small sauna in the corner which could fit one person at a time. The room itself was comfortable, the location was outstanding (a 5 minute walk from the start of the Beitou hot spring area), and the breakfast buffet had a mix of both Taiwanese and Western dishes.

Room furnished like traditional Japanese house with tatami mat floors. Place very clean and spacious. Hot spring tub in each room. Breakfast was nice. They provide free transport to and from Xinbeitou metro station. Location is 50m from the geothermal hot spring centre, which means there is food and activities nearby.

we had a bathtub in the room hot and cold. they are so nice ! the hotel also have public onsen we really enjoy it. hot spring onsen is so luxury which is together with steam sauna rooms. room service was warm hospitality and help to make up the room even late afternoon. very impressed
