Good location and staff was very friendly. We could easily book private cars to the airport through them. Breakfast is small and basic, as mentioned in the reviews, but we liked it. The fitness room was nice. Very clean buildings. We liked the welcome tea. Cosy atmosphere on the main floor.

The room we had was amazing! Very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great, you can walk pretty much everywhere you need/want to go except for the places which are outside of the city (but for these things its best to take a tour anyway). Furthermore the personnel is lovely. At arrival they will give you their phone number so you can text them of you need anything. They will reply swiftly and are so helpful! 10/10 would recommend this place if you are thinking about staying in Da Lat!!!!

The entrance and communal areas had a really 'lovely' and welcoming feel. Communal areas and our room were very clean. Quiet location, but close enough to walk to the lake, bars and restaurants.

The owner and staff are so nice and take such good care of you. I especially loved the bbq night as it made it easy to meet people. The dorm is massive, airy and very clean. They also have a nice common area with comfortable seating where you can chill and meet other travellers. Would definitely book again.

Check- in process was smooth. Very clean and spacious hotel. Friendly staff and attentive to the guests. Although, there was no breakfast in the hotel but restaurants were very accessible around the area.

The room was very spacious and comfortable also was very clean. We were really grateful because they left us checked in earlier. They have free water (dispenser) and you can rent a motorbike with them for a full day or half day. The place is really quiet you can sleep without problem and it has a great location close to the night market and lake.
