Quiet place in a fantastic countryside with stunning view on the lake and hills around from the hotel. Breakfasts and rooms were great.

We stayed two nights. The location and the view are amazing. The staff is so kind and always looking after if you need something. We felt like in a fairytale. If you go in north Albânia go there !

Spectacular place to stay next to the Ulez lake. The apartment is big and very comfortable. The location is great to explore the area, the breakfast was nice and the hosts are kind and friendly. Totally recommended!!

I stayed 2 nights here with my kids Place was family friendly Owners were kind and helped us feel at home were generous offered us meals on the house Food was perfect all organic and home made Kids swam canoed fished hiked The toilets were under renovation whilst we were there but the spectacular treatment made us surely want to return

The staff running this hotel is its gem! At the time we stayed there, we were the only visitors, and we were treated exceptionally well. The lady, who is a cook there, didn't speak English at all, so we couldn't communicate with her (only if using Google Translate sometimes), but she was very attentive to us in terms of paying attention what we didn't eat or drink at the breakfast (I.e., we didn't drink coffee, milk), and next morning she brought very delicious tea and orange juice instead. As for the tea, it happened to be Albanian herbs, that they pick up by themselves, and that lady gifted 2 bunches of that tea to us along with almond nuts! 🫶 They treated us with different kinds of jams and, what was especially thoughtful of them, is to prepare 2 sandwiches, 2 pieces of pumpkin pie and water for us to take to the airport. We left at night as our flight was early in the morning, so they made our breakfast in the evening and left it in the fridge so that we'd pick it up when we left. The man, who works as a waiter, was always helpful and friendly with us, and it was nice to have small talks with him. In terms of the hotel itself, it's simple, authentic, and cozy. The rooms are fully wooden, which gave me a nice feeling of calmness and peace. Our room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower room is small but neat and clean. The hotel is located in a couple of kilometers from the main road and is connected with it by a tiny road. If another car is coming towards you, one of you might need to go a bit backward to find a bit wider spot and be able to pass each other. The location itself is beautiful, quiet, green, peaceful - only nature and a few houses here and there. You'd need a car to get to the nearest store. However, there is a restaurant in the hotel so you can have lunch/dinner there too or buy a bottle of water.

Everything was perfect, the staff was very polite and very welcoming, the rooms were air conditioned and fresh, the food was very organic, the view was 10/10, I recommend visiting this place.

This is incredible family hotel, beautiful location, brand new hotel rooms above the restaurant. The breakfast was homemade and delicious!
