My stay here was an absolute delight, from the moment I arrived until the time I left. The Hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming, and supportive. Throughout my stay, my Hosts went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I could possibly wish for in terms of: accommodation, nice company, hospitality/services, transport to-and from Yeghegnadzor, or information. The room was immaculately clean, with a spacious balcony overlooking the surrounding gardens – a peaceful, tranquil area. We had an amazing relaxing stay for three nights. Location is very peaceful surrounded by beautiful fruit trees. We chose the smaller cottage, which was just fine for two of us. Very clean, beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed preparing our meals in little private outdoor kitchen or bbq. Host is very helpful and friendly. As well as the cute cats and Taiga dog. In short walking distance there is a beautiful river and historical silk road bridge to visit. We got also cool experience with Uaz bukhanka.

The impression we got staying at Eleven was that we weren’t simply customers - we were honoured guests, and the hosts weren’t simply polite they were actually caring. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, well furbished (they even thought to equip it with a large shoe horn, which you almost never see). Oh, and nothing beats eating breakfast in the yard.
