It's a magic place! The hotel is by the lake, surrounded by the forest. Peaceful, beautiful, clean and breathtaking! We stayed in Belladonna wagon - fantastic experience. The staff at the reception (shame on us, we were so tired that forgot to ask the name of a beautiful lady) is very friendly, helpful and nice. The whole facility is very well maintained, with respect and love to the history and details. I wish we could have stayed longer but even one day/evening at the lake, watching the sunset reflected in the water, enjoying the peace, sounds of nature, a cup of coffee is a gift!

It’s a newly renovated hotel, very comfortable, the room we stayed is with Mountain View, directly towards the Salt mine cafe tower (the panoramic view), when we caught the cable car for the salt mine, after the mine tour we sat down for a drink at the Tower cafe, we noticed this is the place we saw every day. How wonderful. All staffs are nice, the premise is close to the supermarket and local travel information centre, approximately 8 minutes’ walk to the nearby train station and bus stop.

    The location was convenient for us. A 4-minute drive from Obertraun and a few minutes drive from the cable car to the 5 Fingers observation deck. We found the place easily. There is free parking nearby. Check in is quick and easy. The room is well lit and clean. There is a large window in the shower and it is ventilated. The person in charge was very kind and gave us good advice. Definitely a pleasant attitude.

    The apartment was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. Our host was helpful. The kitchen was also good. This is a traditional Austrian house.     Very nice and cosy chalet with all the necessary items. The resort is very pretty in hallstatt with nearby train bus or ferry. We had a car for which they provided free parking next to the chalet. Very clean and also good breakfast. Very friendly staff highly recommend.
