Location is superb. Close to Qecres and center of the city. Garden is profesionally designed. everything is easily reachible and nice. Greens and flowers makes your day. Cleaning level is super high. Villa contains what you need for your stay. Highly recommended for families..

The Staff was good, Particularly Mr. EMIN on the reception was extraordinary and has the ability to deal and understand the needs and demands. I had a very good time there and hopefully will come some time later to meet Mr. EMIN his hospitality was exceptionally good. I recommend while going to Shahdag it's a best place to stay in. I stayed while going and coming back. Thanks to all there and once again to Mr. EMIN. Thanks

Clean, cosy and extremely spacious. 10/10 bed. Amazing mountain views. Excellent wellness facilities including swimming pool, gym, hammam, etc. Exquisite hosts!

Very good for family especially kids..play area is awsome. Only thing didn't like is the kebab which was too salty. Otherwise stay was wonderfull.

I had an exceptional experience I had during my stay at Arena hotel. We had warm welcome and efficiency of the staff. The check-in process was smooth, thank you for the upgrade to the Olympics building.the hotel is immaculate cleanliness, which is especially important to me. The amenities provided were thoughtful and of high quality, making my stay comfortable and convenient. Thanks for the outstanding service provided by the staff members (Farid and the girls on the reception). Everyone I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping staff, was incredibly courteous and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met promptly and with a genuine smile. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience at the restaurant, the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable, prices is cheaperthan the restaurant outside. I look forward to returning in the future and will not hesitate to recommend the hotel to friends and family.
