We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful and the hot pools are amazing. You wake up to the sounds of birds in the morning! Loved the hospitality - it is a family run business and the owner was really helpful; Juan, our server at the restaurant was great and the food was really tasty! Exceptional value for money too!

Beautiful grounds, and exceptional host. Very friendly, comfortable, with a magnificent wood fire bbq and kitchen area. Cool off in the pool, enjoy the toucans from the indoor/outdoor kitchen.

What an amazing place! The cottage is easy to reach, yet you feel completely immersed in nature. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and the complimentary coffee was such a treat. Sitting outside, you overlook the beautifully maintained garden, and the host, Anna, even lets you know when sloths are spotted in the trees—a truly unique and wonderful touch! In the area, we loved relaxing in the thermal baths, hiking up the Miravalles Volcano (challenging but so rewarding!), and visiting Rincón de la Vieja. We also took plenty of time to simply unwind, which fit perfectly into our travel plans. On our way there we passed by Rio Celeste, another absolute highlight and well worth a day trip.

Good location for hiking in Rincon de la Vieja National Park. We only stayed for two nights but enjoyed it a lot, especially the small pool area. The host was really friendly and served delicious dinner.

Rinconcito Lodge features a garden and complimentary WiFi in public areas. The rooms offer a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. They have wooden furniture.

Jardin entre montañas is run by a sweet and kind family (Alfredo, Luzbeth, Alejandro ans Joseline) who are very welcoming. In the evening, Alfredo gave us a tour through the garden to show us the hidden tree frogs. Luzbeth cooked every morning a very delicious breakfast with fresh fruits. They gave us advice and recommendations for the park volcan Tenorio and told us a little about them and the area. The room is as described and on the pictures. Small but cosy with good internet connection. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Malekus Mountain Lodge features a garden, a shared lounge and a sun terrace with swimming pool and continental breakfast in Aguas Claras.

Great location, nice parc and lovely hotel. Roger was always willing to give advices and smiling just like his wife. We had access to the pool(s), inside and outside and even to the kitchen for the fridge.one of the best place to rest between 2 hard hikes.
