This hotel is a little gem and a delight from the moment you walk through the door. ALL the staff were so kind, helpful, friendly, warm and welcoming and so very efficient, especially as we spoke no German. All drinks and meals were of great quality and the cocktail maker on Saturday evening was a joy to watch. The ladies who cleaned the rooms were like little fairy’s who came when you weren’t looking and made sure our room was clean and comfortable for our 3 day stay. We also had two Christmas trees sparkling on our balcony. It’s a perfect place to stay in the snow in December and we hope to return one day.

I don't understand why this place only has 4 starts. I received 5-star service! The breakfast was excellent! The staff are amazing! Book a table in the restaurant. It's worth it!

Thre location was great, the room was very spacious. Bathroom was also very nice. Great facilities to do some cooking. Really like the ground floor element to this as we had a dog. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this property
