Breakfast at hotel was good especially the coffee and the wine an we had lovel dinner there. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also good parking right near to entrance.

We had the terraced penthouse, with a lot of apace. It’s an independent apartment but it’s got staff on site to give advice and clean the room on request. There is a quick bus service to Salamanca that makes it feel central.

Location was perfect and the staff were absolutely helpful.

What we liked most was staying in a palace, the Castelhanos Palace, and the second thing we liked most was the excellent location of the Hotel Palácio de Castelhanos.

I want to start by saying that the host is incredibly kind and helpful. He responded very quickly via WhatsApp and was always happy to answer any questions we had. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful, full of natural light with a lovely view from the balcony. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Another bonus is the location, just a 5-minute walk to Plaza Mayor and the city centre. Overall, this was truly one of the best apartment stays I’ve ever had. I’d happily stay here again on my next visit to Salamanca and will definitely recommend it to my friends!
