+ Great house on calm place, privacy assured + Place looks nice from the pictures, but in reality it's even better (garden is bigger than it looks and interior of upper apartment is nicer than it looks) + Nice host who gave us 2 hours tour around the property (included interesting information about nature and history) + Free access to fresh oranges and lemons from the garden (we were there in spring when is harvest season for oranges and lemons) + Communication with host, who gave us good guide what to visit in the area

Mercedes is an outstanding host, very kind and reliable. She made our stay perfect. The villa is awesome, with large outside space which we enjoyed and spacious and comfortable rooms. It is well equipped with everything you may need, tastefully decorated and you really feel at home. the main bedroom is rather large with a lovely balcony overlooking the private pool. beach towels are a nice touch and so is the welcome basket provided by Mercedes. We really loved our stay and again wish to thank Mercedes for her hospitality.

I stayed at the house for 8 days, with my husband, 5-year-old daughter and a friend. From the moment we arrived, we were very well received by Jesus, who showed us the entire house in detail. Everything was very clean and tidy. It was impossible not to have a great impression. The bedrooms had comfortable mattresses, impeccable bed linen, very clean curtains and bath towels for everyone. The bathroom was a great size and was also very clean. The kitchen had all the utensils, plates, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. I was very happy to open the refrigerator and see that there was water, juice and a nice white wine, since we arrived tired and thirsty. The kitchen also had coffee, sugar, biscuits and tea and some basic seasonings. The bedrooms and kitchen have ceiling fans that keep the room cool, and during the night and day the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Jesús gave us some tips on places to eat and go out that were very useful. The garden is beautiful, I loved the flowers and plants, my daughter played a lot on the swing and slide, it's a nice space and we had barbecues for two days. The pool is very good with saline water, and I really liked the alarm system because with children and pets there is always the risk of something happening. We rented a car and it was easy to park it on the street and we had no problems. There is a good market in the neighborhood and we were able to buy what we needed. We were very happy during our stay. I can only thank Jesús and Rossi for welcoming us with such care, always concerned about our well-being. I can't wait to go back and enjoy the beauty of Palma de Mallorca a little more, knowing that I have a great place to stay.

Mercedes is an outstanding host, very kind and reliable. She made our stay perfect. The villa is awesome, with large outside space which we enjoyed and spacious and comfortable rooms. It is well equipped with everything you may need, tastefully decorated and you really feel at home. the main bedroom is rather large with a lovely balcony overlooking the private pool. beach towels are a nice touch and so is the welcome basket provided by Mercedes. I stayed at the house for 8 days, with my husband, 5-year-old daughter and a friend. From the moment we arrived, we were very well received by Jesus, who showed us the entire house in detail. Jesús gave us some tips on places to eat and go out that were very useful. The garden is beautiful, I loved the flowers and plants, my daughter played a lot on the swing and slide, it's a nice space and we had barbecues for two days. The pool is very good with saline water, and I really liked the alarm system because with children and pets there is always the risk of something happening. We rented a car and it was easy to park it on the street and we had no problems. There is a good market in the neighborhood and we were able to buy what we needed. We were very happy during our stay. I can only thank Jesús and Rossi for welcoming us with such care, always concerned about our well-being. I can't wait to go back and enjoy the beauty of Palma de Mallorca a little more, knowing that I have a great place to stay.
