All was perfect. The apartment is new and well-equipped, with all possible comfort. It was a pleasure to meet the owner, he even accompanied us through the district and showed us shops and useful commercial activities as well as the road to the near RER station. We will certainly return if we have the possibility.

Nothing but praise for this accommodation and the host, Alexandre. I wasn’t the one traveling – it was my daughters with their friend – and Alexandre contacted both me and my daughter, sending us important information. When they arrived at the apartment and informed him that they had picked up the keys, he let me know so I wouldn’t worry. During their stay, Alexandre was always available, responding to any questions within minutes and being incredibly helpful with anything they needed. They accidentally broke a plate, and even before they left some money to cover the damage, he reassured them and made no issue about it. As for cleanliness – all compliments. They were instructed to leave all the dishes they used during their stay in a visible place so they could be washed again between the stays of different guests. The bathroom was very clean, and so were the rooms. The day before arrival, the host asked how many guests there would be so he could prepare the beds for everyone in advance. The location is fantastic – just a 5-minute walk to the metro station and shopping mall, and a grocery store is only 3 minutes away. If we ever come back to Paris, this accommodation will definitely be our first choice!
