The apartment isn't big but has absolutely everything you need. There's even a small balcony to relax at the end of the day looking at the stars. There's a bus a few meters away that takes you directly to the train station (from there, you're in city center in 3/4 stations). There's a street full of restaurants and shops less than 10 minutes walk. We have felt safe walking around the neighborhood during the day and night. Patrick answers fast and is really patient to answer all the questions and make sure everything is provided as we need.

Everything regarding our experience was excellent. Our room was perfect for its size and the view was great. Personnel was very helpful and the common areas were welcoming and relaxing. The broader area of Bastille proved to be also a spot on choice as it offered access to great walks while being in a quite part of Paris. Value for money was also great. We will definitely come back.
