Comfortable, clean & complete with everything that you need. This simple lodging is bright and well maintained with a friendly host who was easy to communicate with. The wifi is good (which is not always the case in some apartments). It was also excellent value. We would recommend this place.

Phillippe and I corresponded by email prior to our arrival, so I had the information I needed to plan a good stay. The house and its presentation far exceeded my expectations. The details of order and beauty greatly increased my comfort in staying there. Phillippe gave us very detailed information, from how to explore Poitiers to the exact ingredients in his lovely small dishes of breakfast goodies. His love of gardening and preparing beautiful foods matches his eye for design throughout the house.
