The room was spacious with a very comfy bed. It had everything you could possibly need for a stay. The hosts were very friendly and made the extra effort to make us feel at home. They went over and above to make sure our young son had a goody bag full of treats. The breakfast was amazing with home made bread and spreads to fantastic ingredients for the cooked breakfast.

Very modern & well presented house in a terraced street. Enjoyable overnight stay for the family, for us to travel to Alton Towers the morning after a long drive the day before. This property is very clean & the owner provided infomation to the property the day before & checked on us on arrival. Beds were very comfy & thick warm duvets.

Was going to Alton towers for the week and stayed here for the night with the family as a pit stop. Sakib contacted me before arrival and asked if I required anything, I made a small request if he could leave milk in the fridge for morning coffee and cereal, which wasn't an issue he left us milk, bread and some other breakfast necessities, he went above and beyond. Would most definitely stay again if im ever in the area again. The house was immaculate and well looked after, the price was more than reasonable 10/10.

Keys were easily located, Home was beautiful and spacious - especially given there were a lot of us. Details on WiFi and how to change thermostat were all provided, and parking was simple! The house was blisteringly warm on arrival, so much so we had to open a window! But it was nice arriving into a cozy environment in from the cold! Rae kept me well informed using the Booking app messaging system, and was responsive at all times. She even asked if I would prefer to use alternative communication channels for convenience, which was a nice touch. A really great place to stay! Would stay again :)

The room was clean and smelled fresh , newly refurbished. Instructions were sent before the check-in date. Feels like being home, even had an iron, bed was comfy. There was a toilet downstairs and a bathroom upstairs both shared with other guests. The kitchen is shared as well.

    Passing through and excellent place, just off the motorway to stay. Breakfast was complimentary and there was something for everyone. I would recommend this establishment as a good stop over and there is plenty of free parking places. The hotel is also dog friendly, which was the added bonus, as far as we were concerned.

    Good communication from the owners thecroom was very clean and had everything I needed, it's so nice having a fridge and toaster as I stay away alot and get fed up of hotel breakfast the secure parking was also good although a little tight if 3 cars were there

    Clear instructions for check in. Really well equipped, very clean and suited our needs for our stay perfectly. Had a problem with the shower and they came and fitted a new one straight away. Really good communication, secure parking, felt very safe. Good wifi too.
