We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and perfect for our group of three adults and one child – everyone had a comfortable bed of excellent quality. A big bonus was the large living room, which gave us plenty of space to relax. The hotel is new, very well located, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety. The service was exceptional, especially the friendly and helpful lady at the reception who made us feel very welcome. The hotel also quickly arranged a very comfortable transfer for us, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended!

Hotel was just great! It embodies modern comfort and hospitality. The hotel owner, Nata, is just a wonderful person - kind and hospitable. Our room was cozy and clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. We especially enjoyed the cute balcony on the second floor, which offered a magnificent view. The hotel is located close to the historical park, which added extra charm to our stay. Overall, we really liked both the hotel itself and the owner's attitude towards the guests

The place is magical! Everything is clean, quiet! A few minutes' drive from the city. The owner of the place is a super nice person, he explained to us about the place and told us what to see nearby. If you come in winter there is a ski resort not far away. We would definitely love to go back there again!

Excellent location, all the most interesting places within walking distance. There is a supermarket and bank nearby. The guest apartment is clean, although it is a budget option, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay with your family, even a washing machine. Nice cozy apartment, fulfilled with everything you may need in a trip! There are shops and free parking in the surrounding. For somebody may seem it's too far away from the city center and Borjomy park, but you could go there by a waterfront, walking takes 15-20 minutes.

It's a small house with all the amenities that you need, easy to find according to instructions. The apartment has two rooms for sleeping, it is very comfortable. Ok bathroom, small kitchen with fridge, ok wifi, free street parking very close on a main street. Proximity to everything in Borjomi. The very friendly and helpful host doesn't speak English, but has his english speaking son on the phone.

The included breakfast was amazing, the host was superful and the location and the view were amazing as well. Defenitely recommend this place. There also was free parking nearby.

Super hospitality from the host. Booked the place at random and arrived at borjomi around midnight. Was afraid I wasn't going to be able to check in anywhere that late so was thrilled to see hour host show up and check us in that late. Room was super spacious for a family of 3 adults. Wifi worked fine. Had a lovely courtyard otuside to make some breakfast and enjoy some fresh air. The local river runs like by the hotel as well. Was a perfect place to stay after many hours on mountain roads. Free Parking was included too.

Very good breakfast. Nice location and parking lots for cars. Amazing view from the balcony. Clean and modern bathroom. Good bed and pillows.

The apartment was incredibly spacious and very clean. It was as advertised in the photos and we found the place very cosy for our two night stay. The location is in close proximity to central park (10 mins walk) and fairly close to a few supermarkets (15 mins walk). There is also free parking outside the building for those doing day trips from Borjomi. Gari was a great host who gave us the famed Georgian hospitality. We highly recommend this property.

Gari's place is probably the best flat you could ever stay in in Borjomi! It is central, big, clean and has all the amenities that you need. We really liked the fact that there were power sockets everywhere, which is quite handy if you want to work from different places at home. For those on car, you will easily find free street parking in front of the building. Gari was a very welcoming as well as helpful host, with whom it was very easy to communicate. We would stay again here many times!
