I would like to thank you so much for all the team at the Sunny Hill Studios. At the arrival we had been welcomed with warming greetings by a lovely Lady called Stela and their lovely assistants Constatinos and Panaiotris . They took us to our lovely and well decorated studio. The room was impeccable clean, all equipped for your comfort. They provided us with; towels , toiletries, water , a very comfortable bed and a bonus was the electric repel that we never had to use. The bathroom for my surprise had a rainy shower, which it’s so relaxing and therapeutic after a long day at the beach. At the back of the studio you will find your private garden for your own enjoyment! Our unit also had a very big comfortable sofa where you could take a seat and catch up with news or maybe a movie . The property had a lovely swimming pool with a bar opposite . The breakfast was absolutely fabulous, they had a selection and variates for all tastes, we loved the very delicious Greek pastry ( our favourite was feta cheese and spinach) Normally the breakfast finishes 10am and for our surprise the most nice touch; the assistant came at each table to check if you would like anything else before they close the service , for me this was the most polite touch I have seen in an accommodation. They had a restaurant that serves local cuisine and with affordable prices . We will highlight and recommend the Moussaka that was very delicious in our opinion. The accommodations its 5 min drive or 20-30 min walk to the most famous and paradisiacal Sani Beach and most luxurious Sani Resort. Stela and her team are constantly thinking in each detail to make your stay enjoyable. They always had a smile on their faces and made us feel at home. I can’t recommend enough this accommodation, perfect for couples , friends and family ! I will certainly be back next year. It’s a rare find in Booking.com !!

What an amazing stay at such a paradise. The hotel is located amidst a beautiful forest and enjoys a direct access to the beach. Very impressive concept with the monastery style reception and restaurant. Second to none hospitality as everyone was super polite and helpful. Location is very convenient for going around Kassandra. The beach near Nea Fokea is very near, which was great for afternoon walks on the beach and also Afytos is just 3 minutes away with a car and there is a very convinient parking there to do shopping and buy food, etc. I rate my stay 10/10 and it was a nice house overall.

I can suggest Sani Gulf to everyone! The rooms are amazing, new and big and with your own parking you do not need to search around to park your car. But most importantly I would like to mention how great people are managing this hotel. The hotel staff were awesome, super friendly, and helpful. They made our stay very pleasant. The room was new, clean, and spacious. It had a large balcony and was well-equipped. Car parking facilities were great, with tents. The pool and pool bar had a rich menu. Breakfast and other meals were delicious. The hotel’s location allowed easy access to beautiful Sani Beach and other nearby beaches by car. Wi-Fi was accessible from anywhere (room, pool, restaurant) and had good speed.

Beautiful place, with very friendly staff. With parking at 10 meters from room door, and a big garden in which my cat feels like in heaven. The breakfast was various.

Location on the beachfront. Variety on breakfast. The room had a small patio where you could have a snack. Private parking on site. Wifi was okay. There is a store in the hotel.
