Everything was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very pleasant, comfortable and clean, I took a harbor view room and the view was worth the extra price. The bed was very comfortable too. The breakfast was great, it offered a lot of variation and it was more than enough - in fact, I ate around 9:30 and wasn't hungry until 15:00 which was very handy for visiting the city at a speed pace, as i had to catch a train that afternoon. Also the hotel stored my luggage after check-out, until i did a bit of visiting and i returned to pick it up before my train, all free of charge. The location is great too: about 10-20min walk to the star ferry, and the subway station is just around the corner, so very easy to get around.

We checked into our room facing the harbour in the evening and was greeted with a gorgeous sunset view 🌇 The hotel is conveniently located near bus stop and MTR station for exploring the city and the seafood market at the former fishing village Ap Lei Chau. After the 2nd day we started to take the bus to Times Square at Causeway Bay (4 bus stops) and Pottinger Street and Hong Kong MTR station at Central area (leas than 30 mins) instead of the MTR that requires a slightly longer walk to the MTR station and a change at Admiralty station. The staff from front desk to housekeeping we met during our stay were all very attentive and polite.

Transfer from the airport: included. After arrival just go the Sheraton counter at the entrance, ask for a shuttle timetable, then go outside to the parking lot and find stops 11-12 and wait for the bus with Sheraton logo on it. Breakfast: delicious, lots of local food, tasty soups. Personnel: helpful and professional Location: pretty close to the Lantau island toursit attractions Shopping: a free shuttle will take you to the nice outlet mall, 5 mins to ride, or you may reach it by 15 min walk.

Absolutely amazing hotel! By far the cleanest hotel I’ve ever step foot into. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We loved the shuttle to shopping mall and airport. On Sunday they had super cars in the parking lot!
