"I'm so happy I discovered this amazing place, and yet so sad I only stayed for one night. Nestled in the middle of lush rice fields and surrounded by the sounds of nature, this idyllic paradise is truly special. The family estate is beautifully maintained, with minimalist wooden cottages built in traditional Balinese style—featuring wooden floors, wooden beds, clean linens, and a spotless mosquito net. Everything feels simple yet crafted with love and care. The family goes above and beyond, even with breakfast, making you feel so welcomed. This is a fascinating and wonderful place I warmly recommend to everyone—perfectly safe and suitable, even for solo female travelers."

Gede and Coman's hospitality was exceptional. They did everything they could to make sure our stay with them was enjoyable and relaxing. Their accommodation is tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. The rooms and dining area have wonderful views within a peaceful, jungle setting. Although situated a little way out of Munduk, Gede provides a free local shuttle and took us to the start of the waterfall walk and the twin lakes walk, picking us up after we'd finished. On our return from a day spent exploring we enjoyed cups of complimentary ginger tea with freshly cooked banana fritters. Gede also offers a driving service for onward journeys. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful and extremely tasty evening meals are also available. We had a wonderful time staying at Artomoro and relished the comfortable, peaceful and relaxing accommodation. We had some really interesting conversations with Gede and learnt more about Balinese life. We highly recommend a stay here. Thank you Gede and Coman for letting us share your corner of paradise.

Not exaggerating, this is the BEST accommodation in all of Munduk. Don’t look elsewhere. We had looked at multiple other places and I am SO glad this is where we chose. This place is incredible! The rice field views are stunning, and the rooms, kitchen, and living areas look even better in person. The pool is perfect for relaxing, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it a great getaway. But the real highlight? The food! Delicious, affordable, and better than any restaurant we tried in Munduk—we honestly wished we ate here for every meal. Amazing staff, great location, strong WiFi, cold AC, and hot water. Whether for a short stay or a remote work setup, this place is perfect. Don’t waste time eating elsewhere—just stay and enjoy!

The homestay is not in the center of Munduk - it is located up the hill so the bedrooms look out into the forest which is wonderful. We didn’t have a car - but the waterfalls were in easy walking distance for those who like to hike! And taxis can be found on the internet/in town to arrange local trips to the nearby lakes. Breakfast was copious and freshly made. Bedrooms very clean. The staff were so very helpful and friendly - we arrived late in the evening and they allowed us to pre-order dinner from their simple but delicious menu. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The staff were out of this world. They couldn't do more to make you feel welcome, at home and provide everything you need for a perfect stay. The location is beautiful, with stunning views and just ideal for all the day trips around and waterfall walks, which the staff (especially the amazing Edy) were very helpful at organising. Food delicious. Rooms charming and comfortable. All in all, a must for Munduk!!!

Putu and Adila are such gorgeous hosts. They are attentive, caring, friendly and helpful, not to mention very patient with difficult guests. They speak excellent English as does their son and most staff. Their staff are also great. The food is excellent and great value for money. Do try their special tasting menus. The outlook is divine and their backyard leads to the path to the waterfalls. There is also parking nearby.

Great location just off the main road but handy to shops and warungs. Very comfortable bed and exceptionally clean bathroom. Breakfast was a good start to the day and staff very friendly and helpful. Nice view across the valley from the breakfast area. Scooter parking was a bonus. Nice and cool in the evening.

+ the VIEW + perfect location, right on the beautiful trail leading to the three waterfalls. You can do a nice roundtrip, getting back through the village. + rice fields are a little bit further, but still easily reachable on a scooter + comfortable parking (we had a rental car) + cleaning every day + free water + yummy breakfast with a view at the neighbouring Adila Homestay + friendly owner Putu and his staff

I was staying at Adila's homestay 5 years ago and now it growed to bigger space and got more rooms. Perfect service, generous breakfast, hospitality of Adila and her team, very clean rooms, parking, good internet, hot shower, cafe to order lunch or dinner - everything you need in your travel. They cleaning your room every day, which i never seen in other hotels. Plus stunning view from the terrace make my stay really joyful. I would come back again.
