It's the perfect place to book if you are taking an early ferry 🥰 You can walk from there, or drive in a couple of minutes. It was a lovely room with tea, coffee etc and the bathroom block had lots of products to use which we thought was kind. There is a hairdryer and straightener in there too. We met Eli and she was lovely, she offered us use of the yoga room! The only pub is a 30 second walk away and we felt very welcome there.

I came from the Ferryport, just a short 10min walk, it was very easy to find with the instructions. I met Dave, he was very welcoming. The space is like your own little hut, a lot of light and all the amenities you could need! The shared bathroom is very spacious and everything is nice and clean. A wonderful place, unfortunately I was there only for one night! Can't recommend enough!

It was such a great experience to stay at this place on the Valentine’s weekend. The hosts are so friendly and kind, they made everything possible for us to feel comfortable and satisfied. The room is super cozy, warm and with all the necessary stuff in it. The area is so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed and loved staying here, so will come the next time without doubts. P. S. Stopped off on our way to cork, and we loved everything about our stay . From the moment we walked into the house and were greeted by our host , we knew we were somewhere special. From the comfy sitting room and the snug under the stairs to the bedroom, everything was perfect. Beautiful grounds and probably the best breakfast I've ever had. I can see why people go back year after year. Until next time....

A most convenient location when using the ferry at Rosslare Harbour as its only a 10 minute drive. The property is spotless and very comfortable and the owners are wonderful - very welcoming! A bonus for me as a motorcyclist is that the property's parking area is secure.

Lisa and Steve were exceptional hosts, very warm and welcoming. Gorgeous, comfortable room, great bathroom and loads of toiletries available. Breakfast was great too, with loads of choice of cereals coffees etc. Loved it and will definitely be back.

The grounds of the accommodation were incredible. The holiday was peaceful and relaxing. The beach nearby was lovely. There is a sense of artistry in the house we stayed in and of spirituality in the area surrounding. Views of Our Ladies Island were spectacular. An old pilgrimage site. A perfect holistic/artistic retreat and family holiday location! The host Geraldine was kind and friendly. A beautiful place.
