The breakfast was minimal but adequate. Plenty of hot and cold drinks available. Enough fridges to store own food. The seating areas very comfortable. I loved The dead sea toiletries and nothing was too much trouble for Mike when I met him and on WhatsApp. Thank you Mike.

This hotel has been our home away from home in Jerusalem for years now, and it never disappoints! It's located in a quiet area, with a public (and free) parking lot just a couple of minutes on foot from the hotel; I'd suggest to have a car, because while there are a few restaurants nearby, if you want to go to Jerusalem city centre it's the best way. A big bonus of this hotel is the garden, an oasis of calm, beautiful in every season. The services and amenities are excellent and the staff goes out of their way to make guests feel home (thank you so much, we really feel part of the Alegra family!). Our favourite room is in the main building, with direct access to the garden (and when possible, the hotel accomodates our special request, like they did this time), but I can assure you that also the rooms in the building right opposite the street have the same beauty, unique style and another little garden (but guests are always welcome to come to the main building to enjoy the garden and the dining room/coffee corner). I highly recommend, at least one morning during your stay, to indulge in the rich, fresh and absolutely delicious breakfast (Israeli, with salad, bread, cheese, eggs, shakshuka... but you'll also find something if you prefer a sweet treat to start your day) - and the dining room is stunning and full of light, too!

The garden and grounds are eye-watering, G-d graced, beauty. The room decor is neat, deco-like. Very quiet, private corner of beauty. Ein Kerem is a sweet, quaint neighborhood, and also very close to Jerusalem.

David the owner is friendly and very responsive. We appreciated the upgrade to the larger unit. The unit we stayed in was large with excellent amenities, and beautiful finishes. It was kitted out with hob, shabbat urn, hot tray, washing machine and dryer. Lovely lounge area and very comfortable beds. There are extra mattresses and sofa beds too. The view is beautiful and parking was always readily available . Very quiet location and within walking distance of a big shopping mall with excellent transport links.

Excellent!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Avi is the best host I have ever seen! Room is cozy, yard is huge with a private pool. I asked to make the pool warm because of weather changes in Jerusalem during night. There is a mattress in the yard, and we slept overnight there. It is the best place for romantic night with a partner or just to go with family & kids to enjoy! Thank you' I will return at earliest!!
