I had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. The place was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were perfect for a family stay, and the location was extremely convenient. The host was very responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, and all small details were taken care of with care. Overall, this apartment gave us a peaceful, homely, and truly enjoyable stay. I will definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

They property is excellent! Its well maintained, extremely clean, comfortable beddings and the stay was overall very pleasant! The front desk as well as the service staff are very accomodating and went out of their way to ensure my parents had a comfortable stay. Only thing is that its a two floor building that does not have a lift so if you are travelling with someone who can't climb stairs its better to call in advance and check with the staff. They were kind enough to give us a room other than the one I booked because my parents couldn't climb stairs. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent. Its also only a few minutes drive to Kozhikode railway station. I wouldn't think twice about booking here again! Hope they keep up this level of service and maintenance in future :)

We had previously stayed at the Gateway Hotel but found it lacking in some areas, so this time we chose this apartment—and it was a fantastic decision. Everything here is of a much higher standard. The building is modern and stylish, with a luxurious feel that’s clearly well-built and thoughtfully designed—nothing about it feels cheap. Although it's within easy reach of SM Street and plenty of restaurants, the setting is peaceful, with beautiful views of coconut fields. The rooms are a real highlight—elegant, well-equipped with high-tech fans, a fridge, a luxurious rain shower in the bathroom, and the incredibly comfortable Emma mattress. From the receptionist to the security guard, every staff member was warm and welcoming, making our stay truly memorable. We’ll definitely be returning!

I had an amazing experience staying at Nexstay Kassaba Inn from 3rd dec to 11th dec. The place is well connected to the railway station and is well known by the taxi drivers and rickshaws. The hotel has dedicated car parking. Beautiful reception area. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The hotel staff is too courteous and promptly acts upon to fulfill any of the requests placed by guests. Enjoyed the breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here.
