Good cooking facilities, fridge, easy parking next to cottage. Went horse riding with Alana onto black sand beach, heading directly for Dyrholaey. It was truly a highlight of our stay. It was clean and comfortable, The kitchen and cooking facilities were great as there isn't anywhere close to eat and it has a decent size table with chairs. The location is close to Reynisfjara and Vík which is why we stayed here and there was a parking space next to each cottage. The location is great: about 10 minutes away from a airplane wreckage parking, 15 minutes away from Dyrholaey, Vik town with groceries and gas station is 20 min away. - Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.4Very good - What previous guests thought, 1,418 reviewsPerfect location on a farm with ponies and two friendly dogs, with direct access to the 'Endless Black beach' which we had completely to ourselves. The accommodation was excellent with everything we needed for a comfortable stay for independent travellers. Parking was right next to the 'cottage'. It's located close to Vik, Reynisfjara Beach and several iconic waterfalls making it ideal for anyone travelling on the south coast ring road.
