You immediately feel at home — the staff is extremely polite, especially the girls at the reception. Leticia was incredibly kind and very helpful, and we truly thank her! Great location, 5min walk to the city centre, but still quite in the night time. Room is small, but it has everything that you need. It was very clean and have modern furniture. They clean your room every day, change towels with fresh ones and refill coffe and minibar. Every second day they change your sheets.

Everything was perfect. The hosts were very kind. They had a chat with us in Catalan and explained a little bit the history of Alghero. They offered us a coffee on arrival too and explained how everything worked. We had a very nice night at the guesthouse. Breakfast was ready to eat at any time as it was self-service. We regret not having booked more nights in here. If we go back to Alghero, we will definitely book with them again. The house is also close to all amenities and a 5 minutes drive to Alghero town, and they provide private parking on site. It was fantastic to stay in this beautiful house in the middle of the nature but also close to town. We will recommend our family and friend to stay here if they ever go to Alghero.

We had a late night flight arrival (10pm) so we booked this appartment for our first night in Sardinia before we moved to our final destination. We were contacted by Marco from Maris appartment who offered free shuttle from the airport. It was super convenient, with two little kids we were quite exhausted so it was huge help not having to arrange taxi/bus to appartments. Appartments are new, very nice and well equipped even for longer stay. Staff very nice and helpfull as well. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our time on the houseboat. Easy free parking nearby to explore the area and close enough to the old town to walk in. Claudia was a very good host who went out of her way to make you feel welcome.

The apartment was spotless when we arrived. Very good storage and nicely furnished. Very close to two supermarkets and free parking in a public car park around the back.

The property has a great location, close to the centro storico with plenty of onstreet parking nearby. The rear courtyard was a terrific place to sit and relax of an evening.

We had a superior room with a sea view. One bottle of water provided on first day, slippers provided for comfort. Great breakfast selection served on 9th floor with amazing views. Luggage storage provided on first and last day. Good restaurant recommendations from staff. Supermarket nearby for water, snacks, etc. Secure parking nearby. Great rooftop bar for cocktails. Great location for the old town.
