Excellent communication with teh host when booking, as there was like one hour till arrival, so just perfect to chat on whatsapp to arrange the hand over of the keys, some tips for the driving the steep road up to hte holte, it is indeed on a nice place and overall newly built, so what to tell more? functional, stylish and a good place. still, if you want to see mountains, that is the place! Yes the villag eoffers plenty of good small coffee house/bar/shops, it is perfect to see this even in time off season

I had requested a late check-in due to our long journey, and kindly enough, the owner or the person at the reception specially waited for us. This thoughtful gesture made a significant difference in our travel plans, and I truly appreciated their flexibility. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had upgraded us to a larger room than the one we had initially booked. The room was spacious and also clean. Another highlight was the view from our room, directly looking onto the pretty Dolomites (see room view picture). It was a sight that added an extra layer of beauty to our stay. Each morning, we enjoyed a nice breakfast that is worth the money. On one occasion, we almost overslept and arrived at the breakfast area just 10 minutes before closing time. Without knowing or asking, the staff graciously allowed us to finish our breakfast. This small act of kindness helped us starting the day well so we could continue our travel plan. We used the hotel for going to Venice and the Dolomites by car. The Wifi was good. If I am in the area again I would definitely return to this hotel!

My husband and I absolutely loved everything about our stay. This was not just a room but a real home with a fully equipped kitchen. The location is simply stunning — the views from the window are breathtaking. Every single detail was carefully thought out. The hosts were wonderful — we would be so happy to call people like them our friends. Their goats, donkeys, cat, and dog are all clearly well cared for and living their best lives. The breakfast was incredibly delicious. We genuinely can’t recommend this place enough!

This hidden gem btw Vajont and Maniago is the perfect place to spend quality time relaxing in Friuli. 5 minutes from the centre of Maniago 10 minutes from Vivaro The owner (Sig. Patricia) was amazing, the cleaning staff (Super) the service staff ALL friendly and always smiling!!! A great place to spend your holidays. Highly recommand staying there.
