This place was great. The decoration was modern and clean. The place was really comfortable, and the room had heating available that you could adjust. The breakfast was exceptional, they had everything from sweets to juices, and sandwiches. They also had a map from the city and a lot of restaurant recommendations. It felt very safe too because you just had to input the code to enter.

Very easy contactless entry which worked for us being a very late arrival. Room was very clean. Beds and pillows very comfy and the bathroom was very new and the rainforest shower was great too. Had a lovely breakfast in the morning at the connected cafe. Everyone was very friendly, would highly recommend!

Great location. Walking distance to all the main attractions in Parma. The rooms were spotless and with modern bathrooms. Really appreciate the extra touches such as tea/coffee making, refrigerator and the filtered water. The decor of the property was lovely too and communication with the host was very easy. This is a really new and well thought out establishment. Fredrico is an absolute star. We got into a bind with our lack of Italian and needed some help and he was so kind. Good cafes, great restaurants and grocery stores within easy walk. Parking is mostly paid and watch out for the early morning street markets or you could end up having your car towed.
