From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality by Antonio and Claudio – two hosts who truly know how to make their guests feel at home and cared for. 🏡 The accommodation is fantastic – tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and filled with an atmosphere of peace and beauty. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are cozy, and the view from the terrace is absolutely magical. Waking up to the sound of the sea and enjoying morning coffee in the sun was a highlight every day. 🍽️ Breakfast was something we looked forward to each morning – fresh local ingredients, homemade treats, and always served with a smile. Antonio and Claudio took the time to talk with us, share local tips, and show their passion for the place. 🌿 The garden and surroundings are like a dream – lush, tranquil, and just steps from the beach. It’s a place where you can truly relax and enjoy life. 💬 Antonio and Claudio are the heart of Villa Dei Principi. Their warmth, care, and professionalism make all the difference. We stayed here for a week and it was absolutely wonderful! There are two suites next to one another. Ours was called Suite Positano (the one without the elevated jacuzzi) with total privacy. The view was truly amazing — the tiered homes were so close it felt like we could touch them; the beach and the ocean were in full view too. We didn’t even need to rent beach chairs because our balcony was better with privacy. The view from the shower was stunning! The two staff were sooo accommodating and friendly, every morning they prepared us a breakfast feast! Fabio is who we communicated with on Whatsapp for anything. Anything we needed, they arranged for us. He even arranged a transfer for us from Naples airport to the villa for $170 with a stop at Pompeii (without the Pompeii stop it would’ve been €140). This transfer was literally half the price of what Viator quoted. But it doesn’t include porter service which is honestly necessary as there are a lot of steps involved (€15 per suitcase). Location is close to everything! there’s a very nice mini market just below the steps, the beach and the boat terminal is about a 3-4 min walk, tons of restaurants less than a five minute was including Chez Black and Covo dei Saraceni. We were in for a treat when Napoli won the championship and fireworks were going off all night and the firework spectacle was so close to us and all around our balcony! I did so much research looking for the best property with a view and for the best price point. Out of curiosity, when we arrived in Positano, we went to visit hotels we had considered like Hotel Poseidon and Le Sirenuse. A lot of these luxury hotels are rather far from the centre and they are located on the main road of Positano (there’s only one road in this town) — making it’s dangerous to walk anywhere from the hotels, they aren’t overtly close to the beach or boat terminal, and I question if one can truly survive the fumes from the hoards of tour buses.

We loved everything!!! The attention to detail is amazing. We were treated so well by all of the staff and every request was dealt with immediately and nothing seemed too much! We were given a mobile to contact reception and this was just fantastic, every message was responded to so quickly. We stayed in 2 different rooms and both were exceptional. One of our rooms had a jacuzzi on the balcony and the views are just incredible. Dinner at the restaurant Luna was out of this world, the staff are very knowledgeable and give a history of the origins of the food/wine etc, so we would definitely recommed eating there. We booked a boat to Capri with the hotel and the captain Alessandro was just wonderful, we couldn't have been happier! Our only disappointment is that we had to leave. Will definitely visit again!

Stayed for 3 nights at Le sirenuse, it has to be one of the best hotels we have stayed at, though a bit pricey but well worth it. Location is super convenient, no stairs to climb. Staff were cordial and our dietary requirements were well met. Looking forward to another stay soon.

Villa Viara was the most beautiful accommodation, located about a 15/20 minute walk via the pedestrian steps to the main street. The hotel and then room itself were spotless and the decor was absolutely gorgeous, along with the most amazing views from the balcony. There were a number of lovely restaurants located nearby and it was extremely quiet at night as it was located away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of Positano but still within walking distance. Imara, the owner, and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we received two lovely glasses of Prosecco from Imara upon arrival for my friend’s birthday, which was such a lovely touch. Imara also provided us with a list of restaurant recommendations, and the two places that we tried were delicious - Saraceno D’oro and Da Vincenzo. The breakfast was amazing, a platter full of fresh pastries, bread, yoghurts and fruit which was delivered to the room at the time chosen by us the evening before. We had the most amazing time in Positano and this was highly attributable to our stay in Villa Yiara, would highly recommend staying here!

    My girlfriend and I spent 2 romantic nights at this hotel, and I have to say that it has the most perfect view of the sea, especially at night when the lights of the whole positano are so beautiful. The breakfast was also very rich and personalised! The jacuzzi in the garden was also very comfortable. There is free parking and someone will turn the door to help you take your suitcase to the hotel, the only thing is that the hills are tiring and may not be very convenient for the older ones.

    It was a very comfortable property located at the top of the cliff with the most gorgeous view. We couldn’t get over the beautiful view of the coast! The room was spacious and the balcony was clean and beautiful. Marina made the stay so comfortable with her always being available on the phone, guiding us to the parking lot personally and helping us get around the place in the best way! Marina’s customer service was top notch!

    Great location, walking distance to everywhere in positano, right in the heart. Wish we had spent more time here. Lorenzo, whose family has been at the residence for 7 generations, was wonderful. There is parking nearby, we left our luggage in the car and went to capri for 2 nights, everything was well looked after by the attendants when we got back. When we arrived Lorenzo met us outside, he was very sweet and helped with the bags. We received a complimentary mini bar which was great.

    The host’s son handed the keys, showed us around the house. Also parked our car for us. She kept us updated and gave clear instructions on WhatsApp guiding us through to the property. The car parking was right below and lovely restaurants and views just a hop skip and jump away. She gave us excellent directions to enjoy the rest of Positano, using public transport. We took the steps down to the beach and took the bus back.

    The location and view 10/10 if you want to get away from the large crowds this is the place. You are steps away from Positano. The breakfast was a spread and truly made with love and sets you up for the day . There are really nice restaurants a stone throw away. Our favorite was Donna Rosa. A nice touch is there is free parking but please note it’s easily accessible by bus that goes on the hour from Positano.

    Amazing view , really clean, the guys ( sorry I forgot the name) at the reception was really nice and helpful, we got a free upgrade for the room, and the breakfast was really good! And free parking which is good to have in Positano!

    Very beautiful, comfortable, spacious, clean apartment!!! Amazing views of Positano from the balcony as well as from the small windows inside! Davide and his wife are extremely polite and helpful!!! They made us feel very welcomed and helped us with everything we asked, eg parking, valet service, porter, restaurants etc. The apartment is situated in a very nice area, quiet and close to everything!

    I adored this hotel. The location was perfect. Car parking garage right beside it which we made use of. The interior was stunning. The staff were so kind and helpful. We got beautiful breakfast to the room. Our room was probably my favourite of all our stays over our three week holiday around Italy. It was so quirky and beautifully designed with a small balcony and amazing views of the town. Loads of space and super comfy bed. The hotel alone made us want to revisit.
