We spent three nights at Susafa at the end of a two week Sicily journey. It was the best way to end our trip surrounded by incredible country side and valley views. Incredibly peaceful and relaxing few days. The staff are so passionate about the work and Susafa project. It comes through all aspects from the restaurant, bar, reception, and people looking after the gardens. Manfredi also takes time to give wine tasting classes and tours of the grounds, including an active role in running the hotel. Even though Susafa is far from other towns and hotels, it has everything you’d need rain or shine. There’s a great pool, bar space, and classes (cooking, wine tasting etc.) We’ll 100% be going out of our way to come back to Sicily to stay at Susafa again.

We loved everything! I would give this place a 100 if I could. Really, everything is worth it. The farm is so beautiful it’s like a dream, so well maintained and with small details that make it beautiful. A couple of fun animals, an outdoor swing on a large tree, suspended relax chairs from tree branches, it’s just the perfect place to be. The rooms are of excellent quality, comfortable, practical and simple but with very good taste. The family is so sweet and received us so well, we felt very welcomed and also got to eat at one of the best restaurants we had in our Sicily trip. I really want to go back to this place! Please have no doubts in reserving this place!
