Eating breakfast whilst watching the windsurfing was a perfect start to the day. Ample free parking which is such an added bonus. The rooms are spotless and we were made to feel so welcome by the hosts . I love the italian people and the hosts lived up to that expectation. They were welcoming, kind and encouraging as I tried to speak italian to them ( not well I may add ). Definitely want to go back to experience it all again... The location of the hotel is close to Lecco, half an hour from Como. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel. The cleanliness and comfort of the room was at the highest level. However our room was at the very end so the view from the balcony was mostly to the hotel's surrounding trees, the lake was seen somewhere at the furthest left side.
