The host is a very kind man and speaks fluent English. He picked me up from the airport and introduced me to the area. The location is a few minutes away from a very nice beach. you can go to the roof of the house and see the ocean. There's a 24/7 convenience store 15 minute walk away. The guesthouse was very nice and well equipped.

The check-in and check-out instructions were clearly communicated in advance, which was good because there was no staff on the location. The apartment was equipped with everything possible. I liked that there was also a dryer with the washing machine. Even without a car it's possible to get around, a bus stop is not far away.

The space is totally fine for a simple family's stay. We were able to open 3 big luggage at the ground floor after some adjustments of seating. The house is pretty clean and the place is very quiet during the night. For light sleepers, when you sleep at the small bedroom, don't turn on the cooker hood in kitchen. The owner of the house is quite supportive to us.
