Great Onsen with public bath and private bath which are all good and nice service!!! Location is not far away to the train station. And the staff knows I am going to train station and they directly arrange to drop me off after check out. Perfect Japanese breakfast which I love it!!

Excellent staff customer service. Check in experience was a VIP treatment. From parking to receiving a welcome drink with a Daifuju mochi and a hot hand tower. We were seated at the lounge while the staff came over to complete the check in. Dinner was superb. Very high quality and very good variety. The chef personally came by to serve. Can see and sense that he takes pride in what he serves. Excellent. The GM also came by to greet every guests.

Clean hotel. Free breakfast in the morning as well as a self-service bar filled with many types of alcohol (sake, hard liquors and wines) from 6-9pm. The bathroom taps temperature can be set easily rather than some other hotels i have stayed (need to adjust both hot and cold water tap).
