Good breakfast, normal, with some Japanese food and some western style: there were croissants and a toaster, margarine and jams, so that's enough for me; there was also scrambled egg and bacon. Coffee and orange juice. I went to the beach in Shimoda, it's a bit far but moving by car is fine, it's a good price, it's comfortable and it was to spend the whole day on the beach, I wasn't planning on spending a lot of time in the hotel. So I recommend it. I didn't use the thermal facilities so I can't comment on that. The parking lot is small but there are two additional parking lots nearby that belong to the hotel that is very good especially in Japan where parking is difficult and expensive.

Location is brilliant, only a few minutes walk from the train station down the main road. Close to the shopping district and very quiet with rooms offering great views across the river. The staff were fantastic and friendly and the restaurant we went to for breakfast was brilliant with the range on offer

Just outside of Numazu train station nort exit. Very neat and clean. 5 star facility. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants near by. Peaceful area. Great location. Strongly recommend to everyone.

This accommodation is much more than my expectation for this price. It locates just next to the SA which means convenient to get on or get off the high way. The facility looks pretty new with enough parking lots. Breakfast is simple but various enough choices and drinks. The lettuce and orange I had were pretty fresh. I stayed single room with my 2 yr old son and it was good enough. The room was tidy with modern hardware. Personally, I would definitely come back for one night stopby and I would like to rate it as 10 points generally. (My last rated 10-point hotel was and only Intercontinental SIngapore ) P.S: Some people complain that there were many people with tattoos on Google Review though. I didn't see if there are any impropriate issues in the first place. I guess why many people with tattoos might be they are truck drivers since the hotel locates just opposite the Service Area?

Fantastic location! Located just outside Numazu Station's North Exit, and near multiple shops, restaurants and convenience stores. The staff is committed to making guests' stay an amazing experience. Front Desk staff were really nice - we checked in at 10 PM and they still welcomed us with a smile. They always greeted us as we went out for the day, and when we returned for the evening. Housekeeping was equally amazing - clean rooms, fresh towels every day, and the attention to detail is a very nice touch. We could tell they take pride in their work, and felt truly taken care of. The Twin Room didn't have the biggest living space, but the larger-than-average bathroom was a big perk of this room. There was a separate area to shower outside the tub, similar to what you'd find in a lot of Japanese homes. Having stayed at plenty of places with shower/tub combos, a separate shower and tub was truly welcome.
