Awesome experience from start to finish! Such a great hospitality from the staff of this ryokan. We felt so comfortable there. The private onsen with its view was unbelievable beautiful! The food was a tue experience! The view from our room's window was impressive! I could talk about it for hours.... Just visit Shiroyamakan!!!

The staff is very welcoming and friendly, guiding us from the day of booking until the actual day. The house is neat, clean, and comfortable for an overnight stay. Although it was our first time staying in a dorm, the staff and other guests made the stay pleasant and lively. Big credit to the host, who offered us a ride to the bus terminal, which was greatly appreciated. There's also a nearby mart to buy snacks and other items. The environment is undeniably beautiful and peaceful. Grateful for the stay and the first snow experience—such a great combination.

Very clean accomodation which has all the amenities you need. The bathroom and toilets were very clean. The bedroom was spacious and has heating, and the bed was also comfy. Naoki is very hospitable and responsive. We were very grateful that Naoki offered to drop us off to the bus stop when it was raining. We really enjoyed our stay here, thank you! I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Beautiful hotel, with the view on the water. Traditional and very quiet for relaxation. The price is worth it with the dinner included since there is nothing open at night for dinner. Nice Onsen. I will come back!
