Firstly, wow! The drive up to the house was absolutely beautiful and set the tone for a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the home felt incredibly cozy and welcoming—truly like a home away from home. The river running alongside the property added to the peaceful atmosphere and offered stunning, tranquil views. The hosts were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond by preparing a delicious home-cooked meal for our family upon arrival. The fireplace was already lit, creating a warm and inviting space, and the outdoor spa was hot and ready for us to enjoy. We were lucky enough to experience snowfall on our second day, which made the stay feel truly magical. I cannot recommend this home highly enough and would absolutely suggest it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing family getaway.

This house is beautifully designed and equipped, very comfortable and fun for the kids when they can explore every corner. The view when you have bbq at the garden at dawn… spectacular! Tetsuji-san is very helpful, informative and prepared the house so well for us. Thank you Tetsuji-san so much.

This place was amazing! You stepped into a quiet, calm sanctuary. Room was very comfortable. The staff was super kind and helpful! A small but very intimate onsen helps you relax. Great size apartment and really easy to find, collect the keys and check in. Incredibly helpful staff, we accidently left a sentimental item in the room and they posted it for us to our next hotel in tokyo by next day postage and we were able to collect it before we went home
