All the staff encountered where so friendly, they really made our experience great especially the lovely young man who checked us in and out and the lady who served us dinner and breakfast.

: A Peaceful Stay with Thoughtful Hospitality 🌿 We had a wonderful stay at Kristina Gardens. The furniture and facilities were all new and very clean, which made our stay comfortable. Our children were so happy to receive the warm welcome gifts prepared for them. Since it was an environmental holiday, the staff even organized a tree-planting activity, which became a memorable experience for our kids. We’re really looking forward to seeing how the trees they planted will grow when we visit again. 🌳 The kitchen utensils and dishes were brand new and spotless. The surroundings were calm and quiet — perfect for relaxation and, next time, for stargazing under the beautiful night sky. 🌌 Thank you for your kindness and wonderful hospitality!

The staff at this hotel were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was absolutely beautiful, much more than we expected! Clean, light and comfortable more than big enough for 3 of us! The pool was warm and clean with loungers and towels. Food was a buffet style with lots to chose from so we were all happy! As we were full board, we took a packed lunch with us on the day we left and that was to the same high standard as dinner and breakfast had been in the hotel.

Staff were amazingly nice and helpful, and even went the extra mile to learn guests’ names. Location is truly unbeatable, combine that with excellent food and service and there’s truly nothing more one could ask for.

The property was located in the city centre, the entry to the building and the building itself looked safe. The flat was clean, the bed was very comfortable, we were able to cook very well thanks to the equipped kitchen. Just consider, that the flat doesn’t have AC (fan available) and is a bit loud because of the very central position. Our host was super responsive, answered all our questions immediately, helped us arrange a safari quickly and efficiently (for a fair price). We would stay there again.

I cannot recommend this accommodation enough. Honestly it was so clean and comfortable. I had excellent communication with the host throughout. They only accept cash payment which we agreed on the currency over WhatsApp. The place was very easy to find on Google maps. Parking is secure and abundant. There is a lift to take your luggage. The apartment is situated on the 5th floor and has the most amazing view and breeze. The place is well ventilated and has fans in every room which are powerful. There were no bugs at all, the accomodation is well lit and everything is clean and well maintained. The shower pressure is fantastic and there was hot water throughout. There was an en suite in the master bedroom and a family bathroom outside for the other 2 bedrooms. Both rooms have double beds and families fit here comfortably. We chose to buy dinner in Mash Poa and Java coffee a few days but we also cooked basics for breakfast and lunch for the kids. It is a gas stove and there are utensils to make pasta, fry eggs, boil rice etc. We visited Voi Wildlife Lodge to have some sundowners and watch the animals. We visited Tsavo East and Tsavo West. We saw more animals in Tsavo West. This location was a perfect jumping off spot to visit both places. My husband and son came with our driver by road whereas my parents and I took the train. The train was extremely comfortable and the 4 hour journey flew by. I highly highly recommend this accommodation. It is comfortable, functional and well priced. The guys at the gate remove the rubbish and are available to help out if needed. We bought groceries from Nairobi but there are 3 supermarkets in town and you get the basics there..
