We’ve been returning to VU'Z for many years, and it continues to exceed our expectations. The staff are always friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming – they make you feel right at home. The hotel is cozy, spotlessly clean, and well cared for. The property is clean, cozy, and very well-maintained, with a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Interestingly, even though we’ve stayed here many times, this was the first time we actually used the pool – and now we’re wondering why we waited so long! It’s absolutely lovely: well-kept, peaceful, and a great spot to unwind. Over the years, we’ve also tried some nearby luxury hotels, but honestly, they just didn’t compare. VU'Z is absolutely ideal in terms of location, service, and value for money. It offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay – without overcomplicating things. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back again!

Host was very welcoming and kind. Fascinating experience! The rooms are large and spacious, comfortable beds, hot water, kitchen, clean bathrooms…very nice interior design and particularly comfortable. The apartment is in the middle of nature, exactly what was needed to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. So serene. It’s definitely worth it! (value for money) The best thing about this as well is the outdoor space which is big and there’s a ping pong and firepit and different things to do and enjoy.

The people working there were amazing,special thanks to MR Dani, the hotel service was one of the best ive been to , The presentation of jbail from the people working at the hotel was so good that we knew exactly what to do and where to go. And lets not forget the view from the hotel.. really a view to remember.

i liked how the staff was very cooperative and assistive. Also the room i booked was spacious and comfortable. The gym is very nice and clean. Whole Prestige Heaven Staff were very friendly. Enjoyed the stay thats for sure. Also was provided with breakfast plan without asking.
