Went for a quick transit stay to spend the night. They even arranged the pick-up from the railway station which was very convenient given the time we arrived. From the welcome drink that was served even at late at night to the dinner served before checking out was all exceptional. The staff was very professional respectful. They humbly attended our requests The food and the serving was top-notch The location is easy to reach and the hotel premise has a lovely landscape with a pool Will visit again. I would recommend this to anyone who is planning to travel to Minneriya / Hingurakgoda.

The reason to come here is that front porch. The rest of the cabin is small but functional. Give yourself a few hours to stay there and watch the animals of the lake. We were braced for clouds of insects, but there weren't many, maybe we got lucky. We also went for the morning lake tour which was fantastic. Excellent breakfast as well. The host was really helpful and easy to get ahold of.

Unique small hotel with great view just right by the lake! Amazing view from the room, pool and restaurant. They serve great romantic dinner on the terrace in the garden in front of the lake. So friendly and welcomed stuff, you feel yourself in the hotel like in the family. Royal suite room was fantastic! Huge, legendary decorated, with his own history, with lots of facilities inside and outside, with private territory on the lake with small island view, your own jacuzzi in the garden with lake view, , behind the fence. Tasty food in the restaurant and great breakfast menu. We highly recommend it. You will be in privacy and peace on the nature with great facilities and level of service. Best choice for romantic travellings!

We are a family from the UK who visited Sri Lanka for a holiday. While searching for a good apartment or villa near the temples and relics in the Polonnaruwa area, we came across this little gem. Pearl White was one of only two properties available for our chosen dates. At first, we were a bit hesitant to book, as it was a recently listed property with just two reviews, both from local visitors. However, I decided to reach out to the property, and I was able to connect directly with the owner, Sisira. He was kind enough to explain the facilities in detail and share valuable insights about the place. Our conversation gave us a very good understanding and helped build our confidence in choosing Pearl White over the other options. It turned out to be a fantastic decision! We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay and we booked the entire villa. The location is excellent, very close to the town centre and major heritage sites. The villa itself is spacious, cozy, and exceptionally clean from the beds and linen to the toilets. Everything was well-maintained. We found every little convenience available, from matchboxes and a lit barbecue to massage bathtubs. I highly recommend this property without any hesitation, and we would definitely love to return. Special thanks to Sisira for taking such good care of us and always being reachable via WhatsApp whenever we needed anything.
