The villa is well laid out with all required facilities. It's clean and tidy. The owner was there to receive us and to handover the property. He is very plesent, friendly and corporative. We had full prevacy, comfort and all the freedom. The most liked pat was that the owner allowed our pet dog Labrador to stay with us. Our Labrador was the most enjoyed and thrilled out of all of us, as the dog enjoyed the garden freely by playing and jumping in to the pond in front of the property. The facilities are luxurious and entire property is equipped to satisfy our full expectations.

You have to leave your car on a parking spot from where you're transfered few kms by a jeep. We haven't had any issues with the natural noise of waterfall and felt asleep as soon as our heads touched pillows. The house is simple yet comfortable. The hot water might have been a bit hotter though. Breakfast and dinner were fine. People working there are nice and friendly.

Amazing place! There is only huge glass window between you and the nature. The room is perfectly clean and nice. The host is very welcoming and frendly. The best guide who is professionaly seek animals, tells about the forest tenderly, loving and fascinating.

Very beautiful place to stay for seeing the rainforest. Vini is an excellent guide and spots all kind of animals when you go with him in the park or in the village area. He also helped us with transport and other arrangements. His wife cooks the best rice and curry in Sri Lanka! The food comes always in very big portions and that for a very reasonable price. For dessert you can eat the very delicious curd with honey from the palm tree, which Vini climbs every day. The location at the river is fantastic. As a wildlife enthusiast there is always something to see in the garden. But very surprisingly there are no mosquitoes at all. The rooms were very clean and had a lot of space. From the terrace we had a nice view on the river. All in all we had a wonderful stay!

Stunning property , emersed nature. We loved everything about it. Beautiful buildings and lovely creek flowing past. Sadly the pool wasn’t full as they had had some big rain. The owners were very apologetic though. We will visit again so we get to swim in the pool.

Lovely guest house in nature but close to Deniyaya bus links. The family running it were very kind and helpful in arranging meals and a brilliant tour to the Sinharaja rainforest.

Our stay at Sinharaja Forest Lodge was truly relaxing. The lodge is surrounded by lush tea plantations and beautiful greenery, making it a perfect escape into nature.
