We can a 100% recommend this resort for everybody. Stayed here 2 days and the personal does absolutely everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The food they serve is really tasty and there is a evening buffet that you certainly will enjoy. You can have a nice walk to create your own mini-safari. The owner, Roshan, is a really nice guy and helped us with everything. Booked an amazing safari as well with a driver who new the animals and their patterns very good allowing us to see them all. Nothing but praises.

We would definitely return to this hotel again!! It is a beautiful property and they offer superb food! The rooms were comfortable and clean. They offered it all: from the safari to the relaxed atmosphere in the garden of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodated all our requests. The plunge pools were nice and relaxing.

Our stay at the Wilpattu Safari Resort was truly memorable and highly enjoyable. The resort is brilliantly located, offering the ultimate convenience as it is right near the entrance of the Wilpattu National Park, making early morning safari trips seamless. Its architecture is stunning and perfectly suited to the natural surroundings, creating an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and genuinely connected to the wilderness. The rooms are very comfy; we especially appreciated the comfort of the bedding, guaranteeing a great night's sleep after a long day of game viewing. However, the true highlight of our visit was the exceptional friendliness of the staff, particularly Ravindu, the Assistant Manager. His attentive service and warm demeanor were outstanding. It’s clear he truly enjoys hosting his guests, always going the extra mile with a genuine smile to ensure every need is met. We loved the friendly and attentive staff. We were always very well looked after and Suga and all staff took great care of us and were very kind. We loved the location, very peaceful, in the middle of the jungle and very beautiful! The staff prepared amazing dinner and breakfast for us - quality food and very big portions! Suga organised a half day safari for us and it was smooth and we had a great time even in the rain. The room was beautiful and comfortable, we loved looking out to the trees from the room.

The owner and her family are such warm people that made us feel truly welcome. The food at the hotel was great! The hotel itself was close to the park, and had a very zen feel. The hotel has only been open for 3 months so everything was brand new. We booked a safari with the hotel and this was great as well, with an amazing breakfast to go. We would recommend it to everyone!

Loved the delicious evening buffet. What a treat to try so many different dishes all prepared by the family. We were travelling with a disabled gentleman in a wheelchair the staff were wonderful accommodating all our needs.

Very nice experience we had at this accommodation 👌 The members of the staff are very kind and you get this family warmth feeling when you stay at this place. Dinner is just amazing!!❤️ homemade food full of different flavors and made with a lot of love. For the rest everything was well arranged with the safari tours. 100% recommended 👌

Great place and great host! Thanks Anton for hosting us :) only 3 km from Wilpattu park entrance, small but very nice sweeming pool, and a quite place with wonderful pond with birds on the backyard.
