I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful experience I had during my stay at [road Herman’s]. I have been thoroughly impressed with the excellent service and remarkable facilities provided. The room I stayed in was not only aesthetically pleasing but also extremely comfortable, particularly the bed, which allowed me to have a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The hotel's strategic location was also a significant advantage, making it convenient to explore the city's attractions. However, what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality extended by your staff, especially Mr. Aziz. He consistently demonstrated a genuine passion for ensuring guests' satisfaction, and his warm demeanor and helpfulness added a personal touch to the entire experience. This is an awesome place to stay. The rooms are so new and clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Abdul Nabi thanks for all the help. The swimming pool is nog finished yet but Abdul arranged for us that we could take a swim at a friendly hotel in the neighbourhood. Breakfast is plenty and very delicious. Diner was also freshly made and I recommend everyone to try the Rfisa. The location is great when you're visiting Ouzoud Waterfalls or Been Al Widane. Just outside the hussle and bussle but close enough. We are looking forward to coming back here next year.

This was by far our favourite stay, we feel everything on this holiday was 10/10, this would get an 11 out of 10! The staff were amazing from the minute we checked in, he was so accommodating to us! Anything we asked he answered without hesitation and assisted us as much as he could, even with our journey to Rabat! It was super close to the amazing waterfall hike, less than 5 minutes and you are heading to the famous falls! We will definitely be back!

Probably the best property i stayed at in Morroco. Very sincere and open owner a pleasure to meet him, gave great helpful honest advice. Lovely dinner on the terrace watching the moon rise.

Everything was just awesome!!! The staff, the hotel, the view, the food... My best experience ever at this hotel in my life ❣️. So satisfied and with no doubt I’m come for sure again and again, I would like to thank everyone who was sooo kind and professional and nice to us, start for the director and his assistant to the f/b manager and the barman to receptionnists and all the other staff. The location of the hotel is perfect. This is where you want to stay if you want to wake up and see the waterfalls early in the morning, when there is not a crowd of tourists yet. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Free parking behind the hotel (dont listen to dozens of local hustlers pointing you to their "more secure" parking spots). Priced well.

The location is superb, within easy walking distance to the falls. The hotel has that Moroccan feel to it. My room was a large size, had a comfortable bed and it had patio doors leading to the pool area, (currently not in use), with chairs and a table outside. The staff especially Hamid spoke excellent English and was very helpful and friendly. We had a nice meal in the evening which was very tasty. Breakfast the following morning was ok. The hotel also has a large outside seating area and off street parking.

The location is just in front of the stairs that leads to the waterfalls. Parking was 2 min walking distance away. The garden is really lovely.

The price/quality is really good. The hotel and the room were better than expected. Nice and helpfull staff and happy to give advice about where to go (too bad we followed our plan haha because it can be really helpfull with all the different parking places and “tour guides”). And the pool and location are beautifull!
