Arthur, the owner is a lovely host, he became best friends with my 4yo daughter. The pool is awesome, the garden is beautiful, the breakfast is european standards! Arthur even let us park our motorbike for a few more days, he is super flexible and nice!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, modern, and well-organized — everything looked just like the pictures, if not better. We specifically chose a quiet and family-friendly place, and it turned out to be the perfect choice for relaxing and recharging. The location is great — everything you need is close by, and the beach is just a short walk away. The breakfast was also a big highlight: generous, delicious, and with a great variety. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the pool — it was clean and a great bonus for both kids and adults. Overall, we felt very comfortable here and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Our stay at this seaside hotel in Ulcinj was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and welcoming, cleanliness was top-notch, and the room was comfortable and cozy. Perfect Accommodation in Every Way! This apartment exceeded all our expectations. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, always available to answer any questions we had. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and fully equipped, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The location is also fantastic; just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and nearby bakeries, shops, and restaurants added extra convenience to our stay. Everything we needed was within easy reach, so we didn’t even need a car. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely return! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect holiday in Montenegro.

They wellcome you with open arms! Having arrived much later thab anticipated the owner was till the nearly at middnight waiting to make sute u got the parking sorted and you all comfortable with the room , services etc! The huge smile of owner it reflects the atmosphare of the place !

Clean, comfortable room with aircon. Hosts were very welcoming and sorted out parking for my motorcycle. Just on the edge of town so very quiet and peaceful. Good selection of restaurants only 800m away. Enjoyed my stay and would happily stay again.

    The deck’s perfect for watching a beautiful sunset, the kitchen is well equipped with even a dishwasher. If you don’t like direct sunlight all day and a little bit of shade then this place is in a perfect position for you. Our host was very nice and there’s a large parking.
