- amazing staff, super helpful with everything we needed (arranging transportation, giving recommendations) - the appartment was huge - very nice pool and hot tub - great location, very close to the beach, restaurants, a big supermarket - the whole property is beautiful - if you leave after checkout time there is a proper shower and changing room available

The place is amazing! Food was great, much more than any other all inclusive resort we have been to. Also, the place is beautiful!!!! Staff is amazing! Especially Karina our consierge who was very helpful and Frida the waiter at the pool who was super friendly! .

This place deserves more than 10 stars in rating, it is an exceptional place. First, it's exactly how it looks in the pictures, we didn't have any surprises. It's a relatively new building therefore things work properly and are new. The best thing of this place is their private swimming pool, it's a gem! And actually it's much bigger than what we were expecting. The shared swimming pool is also great, the view is stunning and we also used the gym and it’s very good - also all machines are new. The location is also perfect, it’s just two blocks away from La Quinta Avenida (but in a residential area). Lots and lots of restaurants, shops, pharmacies, anything you need. The sea/beach is just 10’ away walking (the problem is the Sargazo). I wish one day I can return to this place!
