Brie, lovely and helpful lady. She gave us a lovely guided tour upon arrival. The huts are absolutely beautiful and unique. Beds were super comfy and the shower was just magical.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this place! 🌿 The whole location in the middle of the jungle is just stunning – especially the natural pool with cenote water was a real highlight. Everything is beautifully decorated, and you truly feel like you’re in paradise. The host was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. You can tell he’s not doing this for the money, but because he genuinely enjoys meeting people. It’s easy to have great conversations with him – he has so many interesting stories to share. And the food … simply perfect! 😋 It was honestly the best meal we’ve had on our trip.

Lovely property set back from the main road. Rustic cabins and 2 brick houses split into apartments. Nice pool, pretty and peaceful gardens. Really friendly staff, Tyler was super hospitable and helpful with knowledge of the local area. Good restaurants, pharmacy and shops nearby. Perfect place to stay to access local cenotes, Coba ruins etc. Francisco Uh May is so far untouched by the gentrification of Tulum but it won’t be long before that changes I’m sure.

The staff: Roberto and Mirivi were wonderfull. The view from the appartement was magical. You can walk around and see monkeys and in the evening enjoy diner made by the hosts.

Amazing views and architecture. The pictures are a 100% representation on what will welcome you. The plants and trees grew a lot so it is greener and its like a sanctuary in the middle. After a crazy day in Mexico you can really relax here. We didnt want to leave it so it tells a lot about it.

This hotel is so amazing!!!! What I liked most about this property is how luxurious and homely it feels. From the moment you arrive the staff are so lovely and attentive the entire time. The place is decorated so beautifully you just want to take photos everywhere you go. The pool in the room is a once in a lifetime experience. The food at the restaurant was perfect and there is a cute boutique at the front. The hotel itself is really perfect and adds to the bohemian experience of being in Tulum.
