The location, the staff , the security Team, the kitchen team The bar team, The cleaning team etc. The staff at the front Desk Are professional, they know what to do. Their food is very delicious . in fact, I like everything about the Hotel. The staffs are like one Big family. Working together as a team. Great team work . Above all, the hotel is very clean. The location is excellent -quite central, but safe and quiet in the same time. The hospitability is on the highest level I experienced in Nigeria so far. Management handled all request with a professional manner. Cleanliness is above the level I expected or experienced before. Myself and my sister enjoyed our stay at the volux luxury apartment. Every possible inconveniences were sorted out by the manager, Mr Jerry, at check in. The apartment is exactly as showed here, no light effect nonsense and is very clean. They have pharmacy and grocery stores 5-10mins gentle walk away from the apartment. I had a fantastic stay at Fort Fountain Apartment. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The manager, George, was outstanding- professional and always ready to help.
