The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, it also had quite a bit of space. The bathroom was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. Candilla was a super amazing host!! She was really kind and loved having conversations with us while we cooked. She was also really helpful in knowing how to get to different places around Matagalpa.

Centrally located (and yes, on a noisy street), safe, very clean. Really good breakfast (there are more options) and very nice staff. Good WiFi. Parking in front of the hotel. Overall good value for the price.

Everything - I enjoyed every single moment, interaction with the staff, farm employees, and anyone around. Food was amazing - the facility too! But the most amazing part besides the great coffee is the location and the social aspect of this location. I can’t wait to book my next stay directly from the airport to Matagalpa!

The house was great and even nicer than in the photos. It fit my large family of 8 perfectly. There was a 2nd living room upstairs which was perfect for when we wanted to send the kids upstairs and they could watch something and we could watch something. Was close to everything we needed with easy access to everywhere we were going. Joel was great at giving us some recommendations of sights to see while we were there and added a stop to our list of places because of this. Close to the house is a nice little river bed to walk and explore with beautiful trees and views. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend Casa Isabella 45. ♡

We really enjoyed the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is in walking distance to everything. The hotel has a great atmosphere. The staff and the owner were really nice and helped us a lot with recommendations and the organization of a tour.
