The Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful, 5 stars more than deserved :) Helped with all the necessary information to tour Rotterdam. The underground car park was exactly what we wanted and the staff explained to us perfectly how to find our designated parking lot. The lobby and dining area looked very smooth and clean.
