A great cottage with a real farm experience complete with cows in the next paddock. We couldn’t believe the complimentary breakfast, freshly baked cookies and stocked fridge with fresh ingredients! Paula was so hospitable and provided a comfortable space with everything we needed and great black out blinds in the bedroom. Wish we could have stayed more than one night!

First, Mel and Glenn-- they're so nice, so very accommodating, sat with us by a lovely fire pit overlooking their expansive valley view and talked about their family, domestic and farm animals, and hobbies, while we shared our stories and the horror that the US has become in one short month before we began asking about NZ emigration procedures! After nightfall, Glenn pointed out the Southern Cross and Milky Way and we headed inside as we had an early morning. Our room was large, the beds comfortable, and there were many fun snacks to munch on, which we tried not to eat but hey, vacation is for trying new things, right? Sorry if sheets were filled with crumbs, Mel, and thanks for everything!

This was the best property we stayed in on our 2 week road trip around Nth Island of NZ. And we stayed at some posh places (5 Star, etc.). Blown away with this farm stay. Such a lovely people. Great accommodation with every amenity. So peaceful and relaxing. If you're visiting Waitomo caves of anywhere in the area - Stay here. It's beautiful

Everything was excellent even gave us a free upgrade. Room was clean as well.

Panorama Motor Inn is just 5 minutes’ drive from Te Kuiti Train Station. A kitchenette or kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator is standard in some rooms.

This BNB was just as it said charming and beautifully presented, Loved been able to have a hot cup of coffee and tea. It was super comfortable and they were very friendly and helpful. Left around 6am but wish I could of stayed longer and had a longer sleep in that comfortable bed.
