Rooms are clean and enough for staying a night or two. there are enough storage options if needed. everything is convenient and calm. parking is plenty. as i only stay over in muscat to run errands, i will definitely use this place again. i like the female only fact.

Amazing staff, lovely facilities. The roof top family pool is very nice with very comfortable loungers and seating areas. Breakfast was very good and value for money. The hotel is very clean, comfortable beds and bed linen, very nice shower. Great value for money, I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Close to the airport but quite enough to relax. Has many restaurants and markets close by. Found it close to most of my destinations in Muscat. Fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine and most household amenities are new and working. Plenty of parking under the building.
